A shop has reportedly been set on fire by an unknown group in the Oluganthota area in Balangoda.
The fire had broken out at the top floor of the two-storey building, which was severely damaged by the flames.
However, no injuries have been reported as a result of the fire.
Balangoda Police is conducting an investigation into the fire.
