Indian held with US dollers worth over Rs. 6.6 million at BIA

An Indian national has been arrested with a large sum of undeclared foreign currency by customs officers at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake. 

He was arrested while attempting to leave the country with US$ 45,000 (Rs. 6.6 million) on board New Delhi-bound flight UL 123 last night.
