Cop commits suicide in Maradana

A Police Inspector attached to Maradana police station has committed suicide by hanging himself inside his restroom at the premises, police said.
The deceased has been identified as the Officer in Charge (OIC) of the Maradana Community Policing Unit.
His remains will be taken to the Colombo National hospital for a post-mortem.
