Suspect nabbed with 12 kg heroin in Grandpass

A suspect has been arrested with around 12 kgs of heroin during a raid carried out in Grandpass area, Police Spokesman said.
The estimated worth of the haul is over Rs.130 million, according to police.
The suspect was arrested at his residence in Grandpass on Monday afternoon.
The police spokesman added that the suspect will be produced before the Colombo Magistrate tomorrow to obtain a detention order.
