Prof. Wijesooriya addresses the idea of a new constitution

Professor Sarath Wijeysooriya stated that the present condition of the country creates an optimum atmosphere to bring in a new constitution, during a press conference held yesterday.

He added that a new constitution cannot be brought into play if the two leading political parties in the country disapprove it.
