Politicians should not intervene – Nimal Siripala

Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, Nimal Siripala de Silva  has stated that politicians should not intervene in certain administrative affairs of the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB). 

He added that the SLTB is in a state of decline has been destroyed due to political intervention.  

He made these comments during an event to handover new bus engines, in order to expand the existing fleet by 500 SLTB buses.
