Bone fragments found in forest in Saliyawewa

A set of human bones have been found in the Nilabamma forest area in Saliyawewa.
A revolver was found buried along with the set of bones, according to the Saliyawawa Police who had received the complaint on Sunday (16).
Police added that footwear, and clothing could not be found along with the bones, and that the skull bone couldn’t be located either.
Police have speculated on whether or not the bones belong to a police officer who went missing on the 4 of this month (April), who was attached to the Anuradhapura Police department.
