S. Expressway restored - Godagama interchange still flooded

All interchanges of the Southern Expressway, except the Godagama interchange in Matara, have been reopened and are operational, Director of Expressway Management and Maintenance, S. Opanayake said.

All interchanges were previously closed due to the floods brought about by the extreme weather conditions.

The Director mentioned that the Godagama interchange was still flooded and out of order.
