Zimbabwe Cricketer, Ryan Ponsonby Burl has been hospitalized,  due to a bout of food poisoning, and will not be taking part in the match played today (6) at the Mahinda Rajapakse International Cricket Stadium. 

 

Sources reveal that Burl was admitted to the Hambantota hospital after contracting food poisoning after his meal at the hotel, last night (5). 

 

The director of the Hamabantota hospital stated that Burl is not in a critical condition, and that the food poisoning was caused by a meal that had been consumed at the hotel. 

 

He further added that he is confident of the fact that Burl will be discharged from the Hospital today (6).
