The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) has informed the Court, that they have concluded the investigations carried out on former Southern Provincial Minister, D.V. Upul.
Allegations were made against Upul stating that he had made threatening statements to the CID on previous occasions.
The investigations on the allegations made have concluded, as informed by the CID.
