New committee to be appointed to draft constitution

Minister Mano Ganesan stated that a committee will be appointed to draft the new constitution by the end of this month. 

Ganesan, who is a member of the Steering Committee of the Constitutional Assembly of Sri Lanka, added that the committee appointed to formulate the constitution will meet once again next week, over a period of four days. 

The new committee will be appointed during this meeting.
