Minister Namal Rajapakse stated that the terms of the Hambantota port agreement cannot be changed.
Speaking to the media in Hanguranketha, he also stated that neither party nor individual can change the terms of an agreement according to their own whims and fancies.
The status of the Hambanthota port agreement which is still in turmoil is yet to be concretely decided.
