Rajagiriya fly-over to be completed in December

The Road Development Authority has reported that the construction of the Rajagirya fly-over will be completed by December 2017.
Chief engineer of the fly-over project Himantha Jayalath stated that initially, the agreed upon period for construction was to expire in December 2018.
He however stated that taking into consideration the hindrance caused to the general public, his team along with the RDA took necessary steps to complete the project 12 months prior to the decided time period.
