Superior diplomatic relations have increased foreign aid – President

President Maithripala Sirisena stated that the volume of foreign aid flowing into Sri Lanka has increased due to the cordial diplomatic relations established by the current government.
He further stated that the government has made great progress in their effort to rid the country of its massive debt burden.
President Sirisena further stated that the citizens of Sri Lanka should now pay keen attention towards developing a cultured and value ridden society in the wake of the vast progress Sri Lanka will experience.
The President expressed made these statements while vesting the third phase of the ‘laksanda sevana’ housing complexes with the public in Kolonnawa yesterday (8).
