Executive Presidency was not a factor in ending war - Anura

The Executive Presidency was not a factor in ending the war, JVP Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayke said.

He made this statement while addressing the inaugural session held in Kandy to raise awareness about the 20th amendment.

The cabinet which is under the Executive Power will be empowered with the 20th amendment, he pointed out.
