Uragasmanhandiya Police has arrested a suspect over the killing of Karandeniya PS Deputy Chairman Donald Sampath, says Police Media Spokesperson.
The suspect is revealed to be a 22 year old named Asela Ranasinghe.
Deputy Chairman of the Karandeniya Pradeshiya Sabha Donald Sampath (SLPP) was shot dead by 2 gunmen on a motorcycle, at Korakena in Uragasmanhandiya, according to the Police Spokesman.
