The Cabinet has approved a proposal to impose a fixed cess tax of Rs 10 per kilogram on stock exportation of tea, Co-Cabinet Spokesman Gayantha Karunathilaka said.
He stated that the Cabinet of Minister approved the proposal presented by Minister of Plantation Industries Naveen Dissanayake to impose a fixed cess tax of Rs 10 per kilogram on stock exportation of tea.
