A person has been arrested at Bastian Mawatha in Pettah for the possession of fake currency notes.
The arrest has been made at around 8 am this morning (03), according to the Police.
Pettah police have acted to make the arrest on a tip-off received by them.
Police has seized 13 fake Rs 5000 notes on the suspect.
