Heat Advisory issued for several districts

The Department of Meteorology has issued a heat advisory for several districts in the Northern, North-central and Eastern provinces for tomorrow (11).
The public in requested to be aware as the Heat Index, the temperature felt on human body is expected to increase up to ‘Extreme Caution’ level in Trincomalee, Mannar, Vavuniya, Mullaitivu and Killinochchi districts and at some places in North-central province and Batticaloa, Ampara districts.
