Sri Lanka recorded a five-run sensational victory off the last ball of the warm up match in the fifth World Twenty20 Cup here on Monday.

Chasing 154, India were all set for a win as they needed 12 runs in the last over with three wickets in hand but failed to do so and lost all three wickets.

Main scorers for Sri Lanka were veteran batsman Mahela Jayawardene (30), captain Dinesh Chandimal (29) and opener Kushal Perera (21).
