177 navy men recovered from COVID-19 so far

Another 26 naval personnel who were confirmed coronavirus-positive have made complete recoveries, Sri Lanka Navy said in a statement issued today (16).

 

These navy men had been undergoing treatment at the Naval General Hospital (20), Homagama Hosptial (01) and Mulleriyawa Hospital (05).

 

These discharged navy men will be kept under quarantine for another 14 days in compliance with the healthcare instructions.

 

Accordingly, a total of 177 naval personnel has recovered from COVID-19 so far.

 

Sri Lanka has confirmed 935 positive cases to date and 477 of them have made completed recoveries.
