61 phones seized during raid at Negombo Prison

Sixty-one mobile phones have been discovered during a raid inside the Negombo Prison this morning (09), says the Commissioner General of Prisons Thushara Upuldeniya.
The raid comes a day after the newly appointed Commissioner General of Prisons assumed duties in his position.
