Four preparing deliver mobile phones, SIM cards, accessories to inmates busted

Four persons who were preparing to deliver mobile phones, SIM cards, chargers and other items to inmates at the Welikada Prison have been apprehended.
The arrest was made by the officers of the Borella Police.
