102 more coronavirus cases identified

More COVID-19 positive cases have been identified raising the total number of cases reported from the Minuwangoda and Peliyagoda clusters to 7,185.

As per Army Commander Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, 102 more cases have been detected.

Reportedly, 21 among the latest cases are identified from the quarantine centers.

The remaining 81 are close contacts of the Peliyagoda Fish Market cluster, the Department of Government Information confirmed.

Thereby, a total of 239 new cases have been detected within the day so far.
