20 children at Ridgeway Hospital have contracted coronavirus so far

A total of 32 positive cases of Covid-19 have been detected from the Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children in Colombo thus far.
Among them are 20 children and 12 mothers, the director of the hospital, Dr. G. Wijesuriya said.
Meanwhile, a doctor attached to the Lady Ridgeway Hospital has also tested positive for the virus. However, Dr. Wijesuriya explained that the doctor in question had not contracted the virus from the hospital but from some other source.
He also noted that the hospital continues to function as per usual and urged the public not to have undue fears.
