Bread, bakery product prices raised

The All-Ceylon Bakery Owners’ Association has arrived at a decision to increase the price of a loaf of bread by Rs 5.

This price increment will be in effect from Monday (August 23).

In addition to bread, the prices of other bakery products have also been decided to be increased by Rs 10.

Meanwhile, the price of one kilo of cake has been hiked by Rs 100.
