Price of packet of fried rice and Kottu increased

It has been decided to increase the prices of Fried Rice, Kottu and a packet of rice and curry with effect from midnight today (Feb. 16).
National Organizer of the All-Island Canteen Owners’ Association Asela Sampath said that the prices of these food items would be increased by 10%, accordingly.
The decision has been arrived at in view of the electricity tariff hike which comes into effect from today (Feb. 15).
