Committee to be appointed to oversee Maha Vihara Development Plan

A dedicated committee is due to be established to oversee the implementation of the Maha Vihara Development Plan, the President’s Media Division (PMD) reported.

Moreover, President Ranil Wickremesinghe has also highlighted plans for the Maha Vihara and Anuradhapura Pooja Land Development, stressing the introduction of a new legal system to safeguard Anuradhapura’s historical heritage.
