Several injured after crash involving two buses

Six people have sustained injuries in a crash in Beruwala which involved two buses, the police said,

According to reports, a Galle-Colombo air-conditioned bus and an SLTB bus plying between Kataragama and Colombo were involved in the motor crash.

The injured are currently being treated at the General Hospital in Kalutara after they were transferred from the Beruwala Divisional Hospital.
