Badulla night-mail train breaks down

The night-mail train plying from Colombo to Badulla reportedly suffered a technical breakdown near the Veyangoda railway crossing a short while ago.

The Sri Lanka Railways Department assured, however, that measures are afoot to resolve the matter promptly.
