Principal arrested over alleged sexual assault of woman inside school

A principal of a school in Monaragala has been arrested over an alleged incident of attempting to sexually assault a woman inside the school premises.
The arrest has been carried out by Dombagahawela Police last night (03).
It was reported that the suspected school principal had tried to sexually assault a woman who was working in the school canteen.
The arrested person will be produced before Monaragala Magistrate’s Court today (04).
Dombagahawela Police is conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
