A body of a male has been found on Udappuwa beach, police stated.
Fishermen discovered the unidentified body washed ashore on the beach and informed the Udappuwa Police.
Officers from the Puttalam Crime Scene Investigation unit have conducted investigations regarding the body.
It is reported that when the unidentified body washed ashore at the beach, some parts of the body had already decomposed.
