Colombo HC fixes Nov. 16 hearing in Krrish Case against Namal Rajapaksa

The Colombo High Court has fixed November 16 for the hearing of the case filed against Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa over the alleged Krrish transaction.

 

The case was taken up today (07) before Colombo High Court Judge Nadee Aparna Suwandurugoda, Ada Derana reporter said.

 

During the proceedings, the judge ordered that summons be issued to two Indian nationals named as prosecution witnesses through the procedure applicable for serving summons on foreign witnesses.

 

Court subsequently postponed the case until November 16 for further proceedings.
