A person has been injured and hospitalized following a shooting incident at Kuppiyawatta in Dematagoda.
It is reported that two gunmen on a motorcycle had opened fire at two persons who were also traveling on a motorcycle.
One person injured in the shooting has been admitted to the Colombo National Hospital, police said.
Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
