Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced that public admission for the upcoming Test series between Sri Lanka and India will be free of charge, allowing cricket fans to witness the two-match series at no cost.
The series, which is part of the ICC World Test Championship 2025–2027 cycle, will commence with the first Test scheduled to be played from August 15 to 19 at the Galle International Cricket Stadium (GICS), the statement said.
The second Test will be held from August 23 to 27 at the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) Ground in Colombo.
Spectators attending the matches can enter the venues through the designated gates. At GICS, Galle, entry will be available through Gate No. 4, while at SSC Colombo, fans can access the ground through Gates 3, 4, 5 and 7.
Sri Lanka Cricket has invited cricket enthusiasts, aspiring young cricketers, families, and sports fans across the country to make use of this opportunity and experience international Test cricket between Sri Lanka and India.
