
Applications have been called for the 11th intake (2026/2027) of the interest-free student loan scheme implemented by the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education.
Applications will be accepted until September 27, 2026.
Students who sat for the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination in 2023, 2024 or 2025 and obtained at least three ‘S’ passes are eligible to apply.
Applicants must also have obtained at least an ‘S’ pass in English at either the G.C.E. Advanced Level or Ordinary Level examination, along with a minimum of 30 marks in the General Common Test.
In addition, applicants must be 25 years of age or below as of September 27, 2026, and meet the other stipulated eligibility requirements.
The scheme provides opportunities to pursue more than 129 degree programmes through 16 degree-awarding institutions.
The available programmes cover fields including Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Science, Commerce, and Humanities and Social Sciences.
