
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism has announced arrangements to provide emergency assistance, coordination and necessary support to Sri Lankan nationals affected by the flash flood situation in Nepal.
Sri Lankan nationals requiring emergency assistance in Nepal can contact the Sri Lankan Embassy in Kathmandu through its 24-hour emergency hotline at ' 977 985 104 8653 ' or via email at: slemb.kathmandu@mfa.gov.lk
For information and updates concerning Sri Lankan nationals in Nepal, the Ministry has also provided the contact details of the Director General of Public Diplomacy and Spokesperson, Thushara Rodrigo.
