CCIB questions former State Minister Arundika Fernando

The Central Criminal Investigation Bureau (CCIB) is currently recording a statement from former State Minister Arundika Fernando.

 

The questioning is reportedly linked to an ongoing investigation into Shiran Basik, an alleged large-scale drug trafficker who was recently brought to Sri Lanka from Dubai.

 

According to reports, investigators are also expected to obtain a statement from Fernando regarding his assets and liabilities as part of the investigation.
