74-year-old killed in shooting in Boralesgamuwa
One person has reportedly been killed in a shooting incident at Malani Bulathsinghala Mawatha in Boralesgamuwa, a short while ago.
Police said the shooting was carried out by two unidentified individuals who arrived on a motorcycle, while the deceased was at his residence.
Police said the shooting was carried out using a pistol.
The deceased has been identified as a 74-year-old resident of the Boralesgamuwa area, police said.
Boralesgamuwa Police have commenced investigations into the incident based on information received, while further investigations are underway to arrest the suspects.
