‘Konda Ranji’ to be brought to Sri Lanka from Dubai
Ranjith Kumara, alias “Konda Ranji,” a member of an organized criminal gang, is reportedly scheduled to be brought to Sri Lanka from Dubai at around 8.00 a.m. today (9).
“Konda Ranji” was arrested in Dubai on January 9 while allegedly attempting to flee to Italy.
His wife and children were also taken into custody by the authorities at the time, but were subsequently released.
“Konda Ranji” is also reportedly a wanted suspect in connection with the murder of the coordinating secretary to former Minister Mangala Samaraweera.
