US Embassy and the Pathfinder Foundation jointly present Founding Fathers Lecture Series 2026
The United States Embassy in Sri Lanka and the Pathfinder Foundation will jointly present the “Founding Fathers Lecture Series 2026” over the final three months of this year, as part of the commemoration of the 250th anniversary of American independence.
The series will comprise three lectures, named in honour of Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and Alexander Hamilton—three of the leading figures who shaped the founding of the United States.
Each lecture will be delivered by a distinguished and respected scholar, exploring the ideas, contributions and enduring legacy of these Founding Fathers and their relevance to the contemporary world.
