
In the third and final T20 International between England and Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka were bowled out for 124 runs in 18.5 overs after England won the toss and elected to field.
Opening the innings, Pathum Nissanka top-scored for Sri Lanka with 36 runs from 24 deliveries, including three sixes and two fours. Kamindu Mendis contributed 35 runs from 28 balls, hitting two sixes and three fours.
Sri Lankan captain Charith Asalanka scored 16 runs from 14 balls, while Dasun Shanaka made 12 runs from 13 deliveries. Lahiru Udara was dismissed after scoring 10 runs, while the remaining Sri Lankan batters were unable to reach double figures.
Jamie Overton delivered an impressive bowling performance for England, taking one wicket for 15 runs in his four overs. Sonny Baker claimed two wickets for 17 runs, while Jofra Archer took two for 23 and Will Jacks finished with two for 31.
England's bowlers successfully restricted Sri Lanka to 124 runs, leaving England with a target of 125 runs to win the match.
