High Court to rule on defence objections in Shasheendra Rajapaksa case on October 8

The Colombo High Court has announced that its ruling on the preliminary objections raised by the defence in the corruption case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) against former State Minister Shashindra Rajapaksa and two other defendants will be delivered on October 8.

 

The ruling will concern the preliminary objections raised by the defence in relation to the corruption case currently before the court.
