National Organiser of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) and Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa, who was arrested and remanded in custody over his alleged involvement in the Airbus deal, has been further remanded until October 13 by the Fort Magistrate’s Court.
Meanwhile, MP Namal Rajapaksa has been further remanded until October 6 by the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court in connection with a case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) over the controversial ‘Krrish’ transaction.
Namal Rajapaksa was brought before the Fort Magistrate’s Court this morning (29) for judicial proceedings related to the controversial ‘Krrish’ transaction and an investigation into the Airbus deal.
Rajapaksa has been named as the fourth suspect in a case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) before the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court in connection with the controversial ‘Krrish’ transaction.
