The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is set to make a final decision tomorrow (05) on whether to move a no-confidence motion against Speaker of House Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne.

 

SJB Parliamentarian Ajith P. Perera said the decision will be taken at a meeting of the Opposition parliamentary group scheduled for tomorrow.

 

He said leaders of all Opposition parties represented in Parliament are currently engaged in discussions on the proposed no-confidence motion.

 

According to MP Perera, the motion has already been drafted, while a decision on the date it will be presented to Parliament is expected to be taken tomorrow.
