48-hour water cut for several areas in Katugastota from today

Water supply to several areas in Katugastota will be suspended for 48 hours starting today (06) due to essential maintenance work at the Katugastota Water Treatment Plant, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced.

 

Accordingly, the water supply will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. today (06) until 9:00 a.m. on October 08.

 

The NWSDB noted that the water supply will be suspended in Uduwawala, Rajapihilla, and Gonigoda.

 

The general public has also been requested to use the water they have stored sparingly during the interruption.
