Former Minister Rohitha Bogollagama has been arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).
He was arrested by the Bribery Commission on an open warrant issued by the Colombo High Court in connection with an ongoing case.
The arrested former minister is reportedly scheduled to be produced before Colombo High Court No. 11.
He had been arrested by the Bribery Commission after open warrants were issued for his arrest due to his repeated failure to appear in court for a case filed against him by the commission regarding corruption allegations.
