Sri Lankan Consulate in Jeddah warns of possible flight disruptions for Umrah pilgrims
The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Jeddah has advised Sri Lankan nationals planning to undertake Umrah to exercise caution when making travel arrangements amid the current situation in the region.
In an official notice, the Consulate warned that flights to and from Saudi Arabia may be disrupted, urging prospective pilgrims to remain in close contact with their respective Umrah group representatives or travel agents.
The Consulate also advised pilgrims to ensure that their travel plans include appropriate contingency arrangements to deal with emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
