First Randoli Perahera held in Kandy…

The first Randoli Perahera of the historic Sri Dalada Maligawa Esala Maha Perahera Festival paraded the streets of Kandy on Sunday (23). The majestic tusker Wasana carried the Perahera casket, accompanied by the royal tuskers Pulathisi Raja and Sinha Raja, who carried the golden relic casket of the Sacred Tooth Relic.
