New Navy Commander assumes duties…

The newly appointed Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Damian Fernando, officially assumed duties as the 27th Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy on Wednesday (01). He assumed office at the Navy Headquarters in Akuregoda. President Anura Kumara Dissanayake promoted Rear Admiral Damian Fernando for the post of Vice Admiral and appointed him as the new Navy Commander.
